President Gitanas Nausėda had a phone call with Polish President Andrzej Duda following Duda's conversation with U.S. President Donald Trump on the sidelines of the Conservative Political Action Conference.
The leaders discussed the geopolitical situation, regional security challenges, and prospects for economic cooperation.
The Lithuanian and Polish presidents also addressed U.S. involvement in strengthening NATO's eastern flank, Russia's ongoing war against Ukraine, and opportunities for bilateral economic cooperation.
President Nausėda underscored Lithuania's commitment to supporting Ukraine until victory over Russia, which started this war.
