Statement on the attack on the Université d'État d'Haïti hospital (HUEH) on 13 February:
I am appalled by this latest attack on an essential service.
This was not just an attack on a building, it was an attack on Haitians who are unable to access the vital healthcare they urgently need.
Medical facilities and personnel are not, and never can be, legitimate targets.
