On the eve of the NATO summit, Lithuania's Minister of Foreign Affairs, Gabrielius Landsbergis, visited Washington's Hudson Institute.

"Therefore, while celebrating 75 years, we need to talk about the future. And the future is defined by what we do in Ukraine. The passage of history has not yet been written. And it could be the biggest success. It could be the strengthening of the transatlantic union," Landsbergis said during the live broadcast.

In his speech, the Foreign Minister noted that it was becoming increasingly difficult for Ukraine to win because Russia felt unpunished.

"Lithuania's security is fought for in the trenches in Kharkiv, not only decided at NATO meetings," noted the head of Lithuania's diplomacy.
