Today, on May 31, in Prague, Czech Republic, Lithuania's Minister of Foreign Affairs, Gabrielius Landsbergis, is attending an informal meeting of the North Atlantic Council at the level of Ministers of Foreign Affairs. This is the last NATO foreign ministers meeting ahead of the summit in Washington, D.C., in July.

NATO foreign ministers in Prague are discussing the Alliance's long-term practical and political support for Ukraine and Ukraine's path to NATO membership.

The head of Lithuania's diplomacy told reporters that he expected the Prague meeting and the Washington summit to deliver on the promises made.

"We have to start delivering on our promises. And it's not just about those who depend on our promises but also about our credibility. And I wish that this Alliance will find strength in itself. And as celebrating 75 years of anniversary, it also very clearly declares that yes, we are serious. We can win, we can deter, and we can invite new members," Landsbergis said.
