Addressing AK Party's parliamentary group meeting, President Erdoğan drew attention to Israel's attack on a refugee camp in Rafah, and said: "If the future of the world is to be left to the discretion of five countries, what are all those giant buildings for? Why bother spending that much money, or employing that many people? The United Nations has failed to protect its own personnel and aid workers, let alone stop the genocide. Not only the humanity, but also the UN, along with its spirit, has died in Gaza."

President and Justice and Development (AK) Party Chairman Recep Tayyip Erdoğan made a speech at the party's parliamentary group meeting.

Stating that they have been working selflessly to build the Century of Türkiye and to win the confidence of the entire 85 million, President Erdoğan said following the Presidential Cabinet meeting next Monday they will share with the public the annual report of the government, and that they will explain the services and projects they have introduced in the past year.

"NO RELIGION CAN JUSTIFY SUCH ATROCITY"

Touching upon the latest developments in Palestine, President Erdoğan stressed that the genocide Israel has been carrying out in Gaza has entered even a much bloodier stage with the attacks in Rafah, where millions of civilians have taken shelter, and added: "At least 45 innocent Palestinians were martyred in the attack carried out the previous day on the tents in the so-called safe zone, where civilians are struggling for their lives."

Stressing that no religion can justify such atrocity, President Erdoğan noted that no faith or no ideology, no matter how deviant it is, can justify the beheading of a baby or burning at the stake of innocent civilians, and added: "The world is watching, what is more they are watching live the barbarity of a sick person, a maniac, a psychopath, the vampire called Netanyahu that feeds on blood. I am calling out to the US administration! This blood has stained you as well. You are as responsible as Israel for this genocide. I am calling out to European heads of state and government! You are complicit in this genocide, this barbarity, this vampirism of Israel, because you have kept silent."

"ISRAEL HAS KILLED THE HUMANITY IN GAZA"

Underscoring that not only humanity and innocent children die in Gaza, President Erdoğan noted that not only a genocide takes place in Gaza, and went on to say: "As the humanity dies in Gaza, democracy, human rights, freedom of speech, freedom of press, women's rights and children's rights die in Europe. From now on, no European should talk about democracy, human rights, freedom of speech, or freedom of press, shaking their finger with pride. Israel has killed the humanity in Gaza, whereas Europe has killed its own values, stomped on all the values that created itself."

Pointing out that they have been crying out on every platform for years that "the World is bigger than five", President Erdoğan continued as follows: "I am calling out to the United Nations! If, in the 21st century, you cannot stop a genocide, which the entire humanity is watching live, what do you even do? If the future of the world is to be left to the discretion of five countries, what are all those giant buildings for? Why bother spending that much money, or employing that many people? "NO ONE IS SAFE UNTIL ISRAEL IS TAKEN UNDER THE CONTROL OF INTERNATIONAL LAW"

Urging the Islamic World to take a joint decision, display a determined stance, and defend the rights and lives of the Palestinian people, President Erdoğan said: "All living in this geography should know and understand that no one, no country, no state is safe until Israel is taken under the control of international law and sees itself bound by international law. To be honest, that includes Türkiye as well. Do you think this barbarity is limited to Gaza? They will never be satisfied with the blood they have shed. They will never stop as long as their backs are patted.

"An Israel that does not recognize laws or rules is a threat to not only Palestine or Gaza, but also the entire humanity and the world. Hitler, whose footsteps have today been followed in by Netanyahu, was stopped by the alliance of the US and the Soviet Union even though it was late. And this genocide, this atrocity, this barbarity must be immediately stopped with the alliance of the humanity before it is too late, before Netanyahu and his gang of murderers become more uncontrollable."

"THE JOINT DECISION OF 147 COUNTRIES CANNOT BE LEFT TO THE DISCRETION OF THE SECURITY COUNCIL"

"The fact that Spain, Ireland and Norway have recognized Palestine as a state have revived, at least a little bit, our hopes amid this tragic picture," President Erdoğan went on to say, and added: "I congratulate all the friendly countries that have recognized Palestine as a state through a humane and courageous stance. Currently, the state of Palestine is recognized by 147 countries. In other words, more than three quarters of the 193 member countries of the United Nations recognize Palestine as a sovereign state. The joint decision of 147 countries cannot be left to the discretion of the Security Council, which consists of five members. We call on all the friendly and brotherly countries to object to this injustice. I am saying it again: the Word is bigger than five. 147 is bigger than five. Collective conscience of the humanity is bigger than five.

"At the moment, Israel is occupying the territories of another country. It must immediately end this occupation and be brought to justice for its deeds. Israel and its supporters assume that this genocide will be forgotten. To be honest, they have managed to make the genocides and massacres they have committed thus far forgotten, particularly in the western public opinion. Yet, this genocide shall not be forgotten. The world shall not forget the babies, children and innocent civilians who have died. This barbarity, which targets hospitals, universities, mosques, churches and refugee camps shall not be forgotten. This brutality, which deliberately murders artists, authors, journalists and scientists shall not be forgotten. We shall never forget, nor let others forget, the mothers who had to collect the pieces of their beloved kids, the fathers who had to put their beloved kids to rest, the orphans who carry the burden of the entire world on their tiny shoulders, or the barbarity displayed since October 7 in Gaza or other Palestinian territories.

"ACADEMICS ARE RAISING THEIR VOICES AGAINST THE GENOCIDE"

"The youth in many countries across the world, particularly at universities, are currently protesting the genocide. Academics, professors and lecturers are raising their voices against the genocide despite all the tyranny and pressure of the Zionist lobby. Also, they are paying a high price for this cause. Their freedom of expression has been taken away. Their right to assembly and protest has been stolen. Nevertheless, the youth, despite the risk of being expelled from school, are standing in solidarity with Palestine.

"Countless artists, athletes, authors and scientists, who have mercy, conscience, eyes and hearts, are becoming the voice of Gaza at all costs. The mask of Zionism is being unveiled all over the world. The youth, in particular, have started to see what a barbaric, brutal and lawless deviancy Zionism is. Frankly, this is also a revolution. I expect this revolution to build a world cleared of Zionist deviancy. I convey our messages of solidarity to anyone across the world who bears Palestine and Gaza in their hearts."

Drawing attention to Türkiye's decision to intervene in International Court of Justice's genocide case against Israel, President Erdoğan said that they have sent all the documents and information in their hands to relevant officials, and noted: "We see that the Israeli administration and the Zionist lobby seek to put pressure on the ICJ and judges by blatantly threatening them. It mustn't be allowed. Israel must definitely be prevented from destroying the last bit of trust in the manifestation of justice. Neither our region nor the world will find peace until the criminals of genocide are convicted before law just as they were in the conscience of the humanity."
