PM Netanyahu's Remarks at the Start of a Meeting on Preparations for Ramadan

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, today, held a discussion on preparations for Ramadan and made the following remarks at the start of the meeting:
"Israel's policy has always been, and always will be, to safeguard freedom of worship for all faiths. This is what we have also done during Ramadan and this is what we will do now.
We will do everything to safeguard freedom of worship on the Temple Mount while appropriately taking into account security and safety needs, and will enable the Muslim public to mark the holiday."
Attending the discussion were the Defense Minister, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, the National Security Minister, the Strategic Affairs Minister, Minister Eisenkot, MK Deri, the Prime Minister's Chief-of-Staff, the Director of the National Security Council, the IDF Chief-of-Staff, the Israel Police Inspector General, the Acting Commissioner of the Israel Prison Service, the Cabinet Secretary, the Head of the National Public Diplomacy Directorate, the Attorney General, the Deputy Director of the ISA, the Prime Minister's Military Secretary, the Jerusalem District Police Commander, the Head of IDF Intelligence, the Head of IDF Operations, the Coordinator of Government Activities in the Territories, the Head of the IDF Strategic Branch and the Head of Research at IDF Intelligence.
