The Israeli occupation forces are suffering significant losses on the northern front as the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon fiercely confronts the Israeli occupation forces.

Tehran (ISNA) - An Israeli soldier was killed, and another was severely injured in the Israeli settlement of "Shtula" in northern occupied Palestine due to a barrage of missiles launched by the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon - Hezbollah, the Israeli occupation forces admitted on Friday.

The Israeli Rambam hospital in occupied Haifa announced that it had received a soldier who was in critical condition after he was injured in the occupied Palestinian-Lebanese border area.

The Israeli occupation has thus far announced that 12 Israelis have perished on the northern borders since the start of the Resistance's operations on October 8. However, the Resistance's figures indicate that the number is much higher.

Hezbollah announced earlier in the day that it had carried out seven operations, targeting Israeli sites and forces along the Lebanese border with occupied Palestine.

In a statement, Hezbollah announced the targeting of the "Kiryat Shmona" Israeli settlement (occupied Palestinian town of al-Khalisa) with a barrage of Grad rockets, confirming direct hits.

Moreover, the Israeli occupation forces attacked an Israeli command and control center near the Israeli 430 checkpoint opposite the Lebanese border town of Kfar Kila, with the military media saying several casualties were confirmed.

Lieutenant Colonel Jonathan Conricus, the international spokesman for the Israeli occupation military, highlighted that the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon - Hezbollah, has carried out more than 1,000 attacks against "Israel" since October 7, Jonathan Spyer wrote in a report published in The Wall Street Journal.
