Secretary of State Antony J. Blinken spoke yesterday with Moroccan Foreign Minister Nasser Bourita about Hamas' unconscionable terrorist attack against Israel. The Secretary and the Minister discussed efforts to prevent a regional escalation and secure the release of hostages. The Secretary praised King Mohammed VI's commitment to peace and security in the region and welcomed continued close cooperation between Morocco and the United States.
