Yemeni Ansarullah seizes control of Saudi base in Jizan

Tehran, Dec 30, IRNA -- Yemeni Ansarullah movement announced on Sunday that it controlled Saudi Arabia's military base in Jizan southwest of the country.
The Yemeni army and popular committee during an operation in the the border town of Jizan managed to control the area of 'Al-Taba al-Hamra' and its military base, according to IRNA, quoting the official Yemeni news agency (Saba).
Located in the common border with Yemen Jizan is the coastal city of the Red Sea, south of Saudi Arabia.
During this operation, a number of Saudi mercenaries were killed or injured, and Yemeni troops captured part of their equipment and ammunition.
