Nasrallah: Anti-Islam film scenarists should be prosecuted

Beirut, Sept 17, IRNA -- Hezbollah Secretary General Seyyed Hassan Nasrallah called for prosecuting all forms of raids against Islam and other religions.
He made the above remarks in a televised interview broadcast live in Lebanon's national television on Sunday and in reaction to release of a heinous anti-Islam movie in the US.
'International institutions should adopt resolutions as to force all governments to forbid the defamation and disrespect of all religions,' Nasrallah added. .
Hezbollah secretary general went on to say that those who make such a film would know that they would be punished wherever they are and they would not feel protected.
He called on the Muslims across the world to protest against the anti-Islam film, which he described as the worst attack ever on Islam, worse than the 'Satanic Verses' by Salman Rushdie, the burning of the Qur’an in Afghanistan, and the cartoons in the European media.”
“The whole world should know that Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) has followers who will not be silent in the face of humiliation. The whole world needs to see your anger on your faces, in your fists and your shouts,” Nasrallah added.
Anti-US demonstrations began on September 11 over the anti-Islam film. The protests were held across the Muslim world, with protesters storming US embassies and torching US flags.
