At least one person has been killed and 23 injured after a car bomb exploded in India-administered Kashmir on March 22.
The blast occurred in Srinagar, the state capital of Jammu and Kashmir.
Police officials said the driver of the car died instantly, while they said the injured were taken to local hospitals for treatment.
There was no immediate claim of responsibility for the explosion.
Some 45,000 people, including civilians, militants and soldiers, have died in India-administered Kashmir since Pakistani-backed Islamists began a struggle for independence from India in the 1980s.
