368th Engineer Battalion returns from Afghanistan

Hooksett, N.H.- Family members, militaryand community leaders honored more than170 Reserve Soldiers of the 368th Engineer Battalion with a Welcome Homeceremony at Southern New Hampshire University, Jan.12, 2012.
The unit deployed to Afghanistanin January 2011 to support coalition forces by serving as the battalionheadquarters of five subordinate companies responsible for various constructionprojects throughout Kandaharand the country's southern provinces.
Speakers at the event included Gov. John Lynch, US Sen.Jeanne Sheheen, Brig. Gen. David Puster, Commander of the 302nd ManeuverEnhancement Brigade, the higher headquarters of the 368 Engineer Battalion, andLt. Col. Gregory Scott the battalion's commander.
