Carl Zeiss Optronics’s new generation hand-held laser target location system is generating significant global interest. The TLS 40i was developed in response to customer requirements for a lightweight and cost-effective 24-hour system. The TLS 40i offers compact, high magnification, day and night target location capability in an easy to carry device, weighing less 2kg.
A derivative of the battle proven TLS40, this product combines Carl Zeiss Optronics renowned optronic technology, integrating an image intensified night channel, a high-performance laser rangefinder, digital compass and GPS. The high resolution data display provides comprehensive target location information at a press of a button. An optional integrated daylight digital camera enables an image of the target to be captured with embedded geotagging and metadata information.
