TEHRAN (ISNA) - Acting Chief of Iran's Armed Forces Gholam Ali Rashid said on Monday the tanks bought by Saudi Arabia from Germany do not pose any threat to our country.
Speaking in the first conference of Iranian strategic navy, he said, "some Saudi Arabian authorities make threats, but their threats are not of military kind and we do not seek aggression against our neighbors. Our enemy is the US."
"Purchase of German tanks by Saudi Arabia does not represent threat to us and Saudi Arabia is concerned about revolutions and developments which resulted from Islamic awakening in the region," he added.
