Israel arrests Hamas leader
12:45 10/06/2011 GAZA, June 10 (RIA Novosti) - Israeli security forces in the West Bank arrested on Friday Hamas leader Wasfi Kabha, who served as minister for prisoner affairs in the Hamas government in 2006, al Quds Radio reported.
Kabha has been detained by the Israeli authorities several times, most recently in 2006, when he spent three years in custody.
There has been no comment from Israeli authorities yet.
Israel has detained 15 Hamas politicians since last October.
