Tehran, May 2, IRNA -- Foreign Ministry spokesman Ramin Mehmanparast said on Monday that with Al-Qaeda leader Osama Bin Laden’s death there will remain no excuse for foreigners to send troops to the region to fight terrorism.
“The Islamic Republic of Iran believes that foreign countries now have no excuse for military buildup in the region to fight terrorism,” said Mehmanparast on Monday in reaction to news on Bin Laden’s killing by US troops.
