
IAI/ELTA Awarded Contracts Worth $33 Million to Supply Airborne Multi-Mode Radars to Latin American Customer

ELTA Systems Ltd., an Israel Aerospace Industries' group and subsidiary has been awarded several contracts to supply Airborne Multi-Mode radars to a South- American customer. These contracts, which amount to $33 million USD, include the supply of fire control radars to upgrade existing combat aircraft,and maritime surveillance radars for maritime patrol aircraft and UAVs. The radars will be used by the customer's Air Force, Navy and Federal Police for various missions and applications.
IAI/ELTA is a provider of advanced Airborne Multi-Mode Radars for applications such as fire control for fighter aircraft, maritime surveillance for both manned and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), synthetic aperture radars (SAR) / ground moving target indication (GMTI) for Air–to–Ground support and more.
IAI/ELTA's airborne radars are capable of performing air-to-air, air-to-sea and air-to-ground missions employing advanced hardware and software and reflecting many years of operational experience of the systems' users.
