Tel Aviv declares political war on Egypt's Muslim Brotherhood
IRNA - Islamic Republic News Agency
Berlin, March 1, IRNA -- Tel Aviv occupying regime has openly declared a political war on Egypt's largest opposition group, the Muslim Brotherhood, in a bid to prevent it from taking over power in the upcoming elections, according to the German press.
In a clear and blatant act of interference in the internal affairs of Egypt, the occupying regime's deputy foreign minister Danny Ayalon suggested during a visit to Brussels that 'Israel would object to the Muslim Brotherhood being part of a future government and would work on banning the group from standing in any upcoming elections.'
Ayalon called on the European Union and other international players to support only non-Islamic political groups in Egypt.
The occupying regime of Tel Aviv is widely seen as the main loser in the upheaval of the Arab world, especially following the collapse of the Mubarak regime which was a staunch supporter of the occupiers.
