Suicide Bombing In Afghanistan Kills Eight

A suicide car bombing in Afghanistan has killed eight people, including two policemen.
According to The Associated Press, police in the eastern city of Khost say the powerful explosion occurred this morning at a checkpoint inside the city.
A local hospital official said some 30 people were wounded in the blast. Houses and shops in the area were damaged in the explosion.
