Secretary of Defense Robert M. Gates announced the following Department of Defense Senior Executive Service appointments and assignments:
Andrew D. May has been appointed to the Senior Executive Service and is assigned as associate director, net assessment, Office of the Director, Net Assessment, Washington, D.C. May previously served as historian, Office of the Director, Net Assessment, Washington, D.C.
Bruce W. Jeter has been appointed to the Senior Executive Service and is assigned as director, domestic Dependent Elementary and Secondary Schools and Department of Defense Dependent Schools, Cuba, Department of Defense Education Activity, Peachtree City, Ga. Jeter previously served as deputy director, Domestic Dependent Elementary and Secondary Schools and Department of Defense Dependent Schools, Cuba, Department of Defense Education Activity, Peachtree City, Ga.
Roberta R. Lowe has been assigned as director, financial management directorate, Washington Headquarters Services, Washington, D.C. Lowe previously served as deputy chief financial officer, U.S. Agency for International Development, Washington, D.C.
David Zlowe has been assigned as special assistant to the director, Washington Headquarters Services, Washington, D.C. Zlowe previously served as director, Financial Management Directorate, Washington Headquarters Services, Washington, D.C.
Joseph H. Jeu has been assigned as director, Defense Commissary Agency, Fort Lee, Va. Jeu previously served as assistant commissioner, General Supplies and Services Portfolio/Federal Acquisition Services, General Services Administration, Arlington, Va.
