
Iraqi Forces Arrest 3 Terrorism Suspects

WASHINGTON, July 7, 2010 – Iraqi forces arrested three terrorism suspects in recent operations in Iraq, military officials reported.
Today in Mansour, Iraqi forces working with U.S. advisors arrested a suspected al-Qaida in Iraq criminal associate while searching for a suspected member of the terrorist organization who allegedly is involved in the facilitation of roadside-bomb attacks.
In western Mosul yesterday, Iraqi forces arrested an alleged al-Qaida in Iraq member and a suspected criminal associate. The suspected al-Qaida in Iraq member allegedly is involved in vehicle-borne bombing attacks for the terrorist organization.
