Chief Warrant Officer 4 Arthur LeBlanc II, an avionics officer with Marine Aircraft Logistics Squadron 40, and his wife, Maggie, hug for the first time since his deployment began, March 26, at Cherry Point’s chapel. Some MALS-40 Marines have been deployed to Afghanistan for nearly a year.
