VMA-231 supports Afghanistan operations

AV-8/B Harriers from Marine Attack Squadron 231, Marine Aircraft Group 40, Marine Expeditionary Brigade-Afghanistan,landed at Camp Dwyer, Feb. 10.
Recently, the flightline was expanded to include larger fueling areas for aircraft like the Harrier, which supports troops on the ground in outlying areas of Helmand province.
