Pakistani forces fire four rockets in Indian territory

New Delhi, Jan 9, IRNA -- Pakistani forces have fired four rockets in villages around the Attari border in Amritsar, drawing retaliation from India’s Border Security Force (BSF).
Two rockets landed in an agricultural field in the border villages around Attari border Friday night, the rest two failed to explode. No casualty has been reported, PTI reported quoting a BSF officials.
According to the source, the BSF troops present in the region during their night duty opened retaliatory fire.
The official added that due to dense fog, the BSF personnel have found it difficult to locate the exact location where the two rockets fell and exploded in agriculture fields.
He said the two unexploded rockets were traced at Kahangarh post of BSF.
Immediately after the incident, BSF held a flag meeting with Pakistani counterparts who denied any firing from their side.
