MNC-I Soldier dies from non-combat related injuries
Multi-National Corps – Iraq

CAMP VICTORY, Iraq – A Multi-National Corps-Iraq Soldier died Dec. 10 from non-combat related injuries.

Release of the identity of the Soldier is being withheld pending notification of the next of kin.

The name of the deceased service member will be announced through the U.S. Department of Defense Official Web site at http://www.defenselink.mil/. The announcements are made on the Web site no earlier than 24 hours after notification of the service member’s primary next of kin.

The incident is currently under investigation.
