CONTRACTS

AIR FORCE

The Air Force is awarding an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract to McDonnell Douglas Corp., of Long Beach, Calif., for an amount not to exceed $400,000,000. This contract is for the procurement of two Foreign Military Sales C-17 aircraft. At this time, $318,873,120 has been obligated. 516 AESG/SYK, Wright Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio is the contracting activity (FA8614-06-D-2006).

The Air Force is awarding a cost plus fixed fee contract to Linquest Corp., of Los Angeles, Calif., for $81,000,000. This contract action will support the Space Development and Test Wing in the accomplishment of operations and test support of space-based activities. At this time, $1.2 million has been obligated. SDTW/PKV, Kirtland Air Force Base, Neb., is the contracting activity (FA8818-09-D-0039).

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

Safety Kleen Systems, Inc., Plano, Texas is being awarded a maximum $12,960,829 fixed price with economic price adjustment, indefinite quantity contract for maintenance coverage of closed loop re-refined oil project. There are no other locations of performance. Using services are Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, federal civilian agencies and federal post offices. Contract funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The original proposal was Dibbs solicited with one response. The date of performance completion is May 4, 2010. The contracting activity is the Defense Supply Center Richmond, Richmond, Va., (SPM4A6-09-D-0146).

NAVY

McDonnell Douglas Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of The Boeing Co., St. Louis, Mo., is being awarded a $44,598,541 modification to a previously awarded firm fixed price contract (N00019-04-C-0014). This modification provides for the procurement of ancillary mission equipment for the F/A-18 E/F and E/A-18G aircraft. Work will be performed in Clearwater, Fla., (98 percent); and Tulsa, Okla., (2 percent), and is expected to be completed in March 2012. Contract funds in the amount of $13,331,390 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.
