DoD Identifies Army Casualty
The Department of Defense announced today the death of a soldier who was supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom.
Sgt. Jose E. Ulloa, 23, of New York, N.Y., died Aug. 9 in Sadr City, Iraq, of wounds suffered when his vehicle encountered an improvised explosive device Aug. 8 in Sadr City. He was assigned to the 515th Transportation Company, 28th Transportation Battalion, Mannheim, Germany.
