The visit served to enhance stability in the region through theater security cooperation, a CNE-C6F effort that fosters commitments to regional stability, advances multinational coordination and teamwork and works to deter potential adversaries.

During the port visit, John L. Hall crew members participated in four community relations projects painting schools, planting olive trees, joining in speaking engagements and a soccer game with municipal employees.

Additionally, the ship's damage control training team held training seminars with Armed Forces of Montenegro Navy personnel in the use of various damage control and fire fighting systems.
