
BAE SYSTEMS COMPLETES SALE OF SURVEILLANCE AND ATTACK BUSINESS

ROCKVILLE, Maryland – BAE Systems today completed the sale of its surveillance and attack business. The $240 million cash sale to Sensor and Antenna Systems, Lansdale, Inc., a subsidiary of Cobham Defense Electronic Systems Corp., was announced December 19, 2007.
Today’s announcement follows completion of regulatory reviews and approvals.
BAE Systems’ Surveillance and Attack business, with approximately 400 employees, provides broadband high-power transmitter and radio frequency front-end systems for military aircraft. The equipment is used for communications and radar jamming, and radar warning.
