BREMERTON, Wash. (NNS) -- Naval Base (NB) Kitsap Sailors enjoy amenities provided at the new Bremerton Recreation Center at NB Kitsap, Bremerton, Jan. 18.

Morale Welfare and Recreation (MWR) funded the transformation of the former Strike Zone Bowling Center into an innovative, full-service recreation center, which was opened New Year's eve.

"The recreation center offers an endless array of entertainment with six lanes of bowling, numerous computers with free internet and videogames such as X-box 360 and Wii consoles," said Nancy Mccarter, recreation center aid.
