Task Force Lightning Soldier dies of illness

Multi-National Division-North PAO

TIKRIT, Iraq – A Task Force Lightning Soldier based in Salah ad Din province died as a result of a non-combat-related illness Wednesday after being evacuated to Landstuhl Regional Medical Center, Germany.

The name of the deceased is being withheld pending notification of next of kin and release by the Department of Defense.
