Indirect fire targets MND-B Soldiers
Multi-National Division – Baghdad PAO

BAGHDAD – One MND-B Soldier died and three others were wounded when an indirect fire attack targeted units operating south of the Iraqi capital April 8.

Multi-National Division – Baghdad Soldiers supporting Operation Fardh Al-Qanoon are assisting Iraqi security forces establish the conditions for a stable and self-reliant Iraq.

Soldiers from this unit have provided security for this area south of the Iraqi capital, supporting missions to clear the area of armed militiamen and provide security for the Iraqi people.

The deceased Soldier’s name is being withheld pending notification of next of kin.
