Roadside bomb strikes MND-B patrol
Multi-National Division – Baghdad Public Affairs

BAGHDAD – A MND-B Soldier died when an improvised explosive device detonated while the unit conducted route clearance operations in a western section of the Iraqi capital.

Iraqi security forces and Multi-National Division – Baghdad Soldiers continue conducting operations in support of Operation Fardh Al-Qanoon, March 22, to help set conditions for a stable and self-reliant Iraq.

The deceased Soldier’s name is being held pending notification of next of kin.
