DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

North American Rescue Product, Inc., Greenville, S.C. * is being awarded a maximum $31,897,500 fixed price with economic price adjustment for litters, medical kits, accessories and similar products. Using services are Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marine Corps. There were 455 proposals solicited and 31 responded. This is an indefinite quantity/indefinite delivery type contract with a 5 year base and 5 one-year options. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Date of performance completion is February 5, 2012. Contracting activity is the Defense Supply Center Philadelphia (DSCP), Philadelphia, Pa. (SPM200-07-D-8260).

NAVY

Lockheed Martin Corporation, Lockheed Martin Maritime Systems and Sensors, Manassas, Va., is being awarded a $26,427,318 cost-plus-incentive-fee/award-fee modification under previously awarded contract (N00024-04-C-6207) to exercise options for procurement of 194,989 hours of engineering and technical services and material, travel and subsistence in support of Acoustic Rapid Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) Insertion (ARCI) program improvements. ARCI processes acoustic signals from submarine hull arrays, towed arrays, and sphere arrays. Work will be performed in Manassas, Va., and is expected to be completed by December 2007. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, Washington, D.C., is the contracting facility.

Lockheed Martin, Maritime Systems & Sensors, Moorestown, N.J., is being awarded a $5,673,811 firm-fixed-price modification under previously awarded contract (N00024-06-G-5107) to exercise an option for FY07 CG 53 & CG 58 Cruiser Modernization Hardware. This delivery order includes procurement of the 2nd and 3rd Cruiser Modernization shipsets of AEGIS Conversion Equipment Group Cabinets, Advanced Displays and peripheral equipment, that will be installed on USS Mobile Bay (CG 53) and USS Philippine Sea (CG 58) in 2009. The Cruiser Modernization program is a critical program in the maintenance of U.S. Navy force structure and the accomplishment of current and future missions of the Department of Defense. Work will be performed in Moorestown, N.J. (75 percent) and Ferrol, Spain (25 percent), and is expected to be completed by September 2009. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.
