MULTI-NATIONAL CORPS-IRAQ UNIT ATTACKED IN DIYALA PROVINCE

BAGHDAD – Coalition Forces were attacked while conducting operations in the Multi-National Division-North area of operations, Jan. 26.

An improvised explosive devise detonated in Diyala Province, killing one Multi-National Corps-Iraq Soldier who was attached to MND-N, and wounding three others.

The name of the deceased is being withheld pending notification of next of kin and release by the Department of Defense.
