CACI Awarded $59.5 Million Network Services Contract With Office of the Secretary of Defense

Continues CACI Support for Networks Serving Homeland Security and War on Terrorism

Arlington, VA, November 28, 2006 - CACI International Inc (NYSE:CAI) announced today that it has been awarded a prime, $59.5 million contract to continue providing managed network services for the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD). The four-year contract (one base year and three option years) expands both the size and scope of CACI's previous OSD efforts. The award continues CACI's support for transformation initiatives that consolidate OSD information technology services and enables the company to standardize services for classified and unclassified networks, including systems directly supporting homeland security and the war on terrorism.

The OSD is the principal staff element of the Secretary of Defense in the exercise of policy development, planning, resource management, fiscal, and program evaluation responsibilities. It includes 17 separate components, each with differing information technology contracts and levels of support. CACI's role includes support for networks that range in function from business management to homeland security, disaster recovery, and the war on terrorism.

With this award, CACI continues its network services support for five OSD components and provides overall OSD enterprise architecture support. CACI's combination of functional and technical expertise assures the OSD of continued effective standardization and integration across more than 7,000 users.

According to Paul Cofoni, CACI's President of U.S. Operations, "This award for CACI to provide managed network services to the Office of the Secretary of Defense recognizes the contributions we have made in developing and maintaining a streamlined, consolidated, net-centric information technology infrastructure for the OSD and its customers. We're proud to continue our support for this important client."

Dr. J.P. (Jack) London, CACI Chairman, President, and CEO, said, "CACI is committed to partnering with the Office of the Secretary of Defense on its important goals. All of our solutions are firmly focused on high-priority government needs for transformation and the support of homeland security and the global war on terrorism. The OSD's choice of CACI to continue our support for OSD consolidation efforts also confirms the success of our business strategy of anticipating client needs and responding with effective, high-quality solutions."
