CACI Awarded $70 Million Contract to Continue Support for Department of Defense Standard Procurement System

DoD Contracting System Supports More Than $90 Billion in Business

Arlington, VA, November 2, 2006 - CACI International Inc (NYSE:CAI) announced today that it has been awarded a prime contract, valued at over $70 million, to continue support for the award-winning, CACI-developed Department of Defense (DoD) Standard Procurement System (SPS). This five-year award (base year, plus four option years), made by the SPS Joint Program Management Office, calls for CACI to sustain and maintain the Procurement Desktop-Defense (PD2) product, which is the primary component of the SPS Program. The award continues CACI's support for federal initiatives to transform the way the government conducts business, and expands CACI's successful business in acquisition solutions.

Procurement Desktop-Defense is an automated contracting system that standardizes procurement processes across the DoD. CACI currently supports the client/server version (v 4.2.2), which is used by more than 23,000 contracting professionals at some 800 sites worldwide, including all 50 states and 15 countries, to purchase approximately $90 billion (through the third quarter of the government's fiscal year 2006), of DoD goods and services each year to support America's warfighters. PD2 is the first enterprise-wide standard business system in the DoD. CACI also supports the new web-based, open architecture version (v4.2.3), which is currently in government testing, and will continue that support as the armed services and other defense agencies decide to deploy it to approximately 43,000 procurement personnel throughout the DoD.

CACI sustains and maintains PD2, providing new product releases and enhancement; provides customer help desk and troubleshooting support for the system, including a website that provides relevant product information; and delivers a full complement of solutions to assist the armed services and other defense agency sites in the implementation and sustainment of PD2 operational capabilities worldwide, including support to these organizations as they consolidate servers and databases. CACI's in-depth understanding of PD2 and the DoD environment ensures the timely and effective completion of PD2 projects and ongoing high-quality support for its users.

Paul Cofoni, CACI's President of U.S. Operations, said, "CACI's selection to continue our support for the enterprise-wide Standard Procurement System demonstrates the value the Department of Defense places on CACI's ability to sustain large, complex systems. The award enables us to help the DoD apply best practices and provide its procurement professionals with the most innovative and up-to-date software tools for conducting their business."

Dr. J.P. (Jack) London, CACI Chairman, President, and CEO said, "CACI is committed to helping the federal government transform the way it conducts business. We have positioned our procurement solutions to help federal agencies meet their goals for improved procurement and efficiency, and the resulting benefit to both the warfighter and the taxpayer. When the government is able to work more efficiently, particularly in the procurement arena, we all benefit."
