Coalition Forces Killed in Western Iraq

CAMP FALLUJAH, Iraq – One Marine assigned to Regimental Combat Team 7 died Sept. 30 from injuries sustained due to enemy action while operating in Al Anbar Province. Another Marine, also assigned to Regimental Combat Team 7, died Oct. 1 from injuries sustained due to enemy action while operating in Al Anbar Province. This brings the total to three Coalition Forces killed in action and one non-battle death for personnel assigned to Multi National Forces-West for Oct. 1.

The names of the deceased are being withheld pending notification of next of kin and release by the Department of Defense.
