Task Force Lightning Soldier killed

MULTINATIONAL DIVISION – NORTH PAO

TIKRIT, Iraq – A Soldier attached to the 25th Combat Aviation Brigade, 25th Infantry Division, was wounded by enemy fire Wednesday near Mosul. The Soldier was transported to a military hospital where he later died of wounds.

The name of the Soldier is being withheld pending notification of the next of kin and release by the Department of Defense.
