CACI Awarded $20 Million Contract With U.S. Army Test and Evaluation Command

Army to Administer ID/IQ Contract, Open to All DoD Organizations

Arlington, VA, September 12, 2006 - CACI International Inc (NYSE:CAI) announced today it has been awarded a prime contract, valued at $20 million, by the U.S. Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC) to continue the Government's support for the award-winning, CACI-developed RM Online resource management system. The indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract vehicle has a duration of one base year and four option years. ATEC Mission Support Contracting Activity serves as administrator for the contract, which is available to all Department of Defense (DoD) organizations. This award increases both the value of CACI's work as well as the number of clients the company can potentially serve. Along with CACI's award in March to continue supporting RM Online for the Army Materiel Command, this contract with ATEC sustains CACI's steady expansion of its financial management systems business.

CACI has been providing RM Online development, training, and maintenance support for ATEC since 2001. ATEC employs some 9,000 professionals to test weapon systems for the U.S. Army, and uses RM Online to manage an annual budget that exceeds a half billion dollars.

RM Online provides a secure, web-based system for collecting and sharing budget, manpower, and personnel information. The system saves time and money with its accurate record-keeping; provides fully auditable budgets to meet government standards; enables clients to run what-if scenarios to best assess budget changes; and interfaces easily with other defense systems.

Paul Cofoni, CACI President of U.S. Operations, said, "RM Online has a great track record of success and an extremely high level of customer satisfaction. CACI looks forward to continuing to provide this high-quality service to the U.S. Army Test and Evaluation Command and all its clients."

CACI Chairman, President, and CEO Dr. J.P. (Jack) London said, "We are proud to continue CACI's partnership with the U.S. Army Test and Evaluation Command. This award illustrates our commitment to helping the federal government manage its business effectively to support its most critical requirements in homeland security and national defense."
