CACI Awarded $14.4 Million Recompete Contract With U.S. Army National Guard

Company to Continue Software Development for Military Construction Projects

Arlington, VA, August 15, 2006 - CACI International Inc (NYSE:CAI) announced today its subsidiary R.M. Vredenburg & Company has been awarded a $14.4 million prime recompete contract by the U.S. Army National Guard (ARNG) to continue its development of a software application that supports military construction projects. Known as the Project Documentation (ProjDoc) application, the web-based software helps the ARNG provide documentation that Congress requires for funding new military construction. The award is for one base year, plus four option years, and calls for CACI software development, maintenance, helpdesk support, and training. The contract increases both the size and scope of CACI's previous ProjDoc work.

ProjDoc was originally designed for use by the U.S. Army Reserve (USAR) as part of an integrated suite of applications known as the Engineering and Base Operations Support System. ARNG leadership identified the potential benefit of tailoring the USAR version of ProjDoc to meet its needs, and CACI worked to produce a prototype version. The success of the CACI prototype led to the development of a fully capable production system.

Now leveraged to meet the needs of the ARNG, the ProjDoc application quickly and efficiently prepares a complete package of documentation for a wide range of military construction projects. It can be used to identify requirements, compute space, estimate costs, and generate other essential documents.

Paul Cofoni, CACI President of U.S. Operations, said, "It's gratifying when CACI's quality work with one client results in new and continuing business with another. We are especially proud that our commitment to the needs of the U.S. Army Reserve was recognized by the U.S. Army National Guard, and that we had the opportunity to build on this support."

CACI Chairman, President, and CEO Dr. J.P. (Jack) London said, "The sustained client relationship we have with the U.S. Army National Guard is of vital importance to CACI. This award demonstrates our resolve to serve the Army's diverse needs in all its components. It also illustrates our commitment to helping the federal government support its most critical requirements in homeland security and national defense."
