Company to Provide Aviation Logistics Support Services

Arlington, VA, July 25, 2006 - CACI International Inc (NYSE:CAI) announced today that it has been awarded a new, $15.6 million prime contract to provide aviation logistics support services for the U.S. Marine Corps Forces, Atlantic. The five-year contract has one base year and four option years. CACI will perform the work at various Marine Corps Atlantic facilities both in the United States and overseas. CACI has supported this Marines Corps client on a number of other contract vehicles, and with this new award, CACI expands the size and scope of these efforts. The award enables CACI to continue building on its role in Marine Corps support, which is a key component of the company's core engineering and logistics line of work.

Under the terms of the contract, CACI will provide aviation logistics support services that include inventory analysis and planning, training, and financial management analysis designed to support current logistics operations and plan for future challenges and requirements. CACI's approach applies knowledge, expertise, analytic tools, and performance monitoring to help meet the operational, technical, and programmatic challenges of maintaining U.S. Marine Corps aircraft in a deployable state of readiness at all times. CACI will also support the design, prototyping, and evaluation of new logistics applications and concepts.

These offerings, combined with CACI's processes for identifying and mitigating or eliminating project risks, ensure that the Marine Corps receives continued high-quality, low-risk services to accomplish its objectives. CACI will leverage its 18 years of Marine Corps logistics experience, automated tools, and talented workforce to provide sustained and timely support to the Corps in the global war on terrorism.

According to CACI President of U.S. Operations Paul Cofoni, "We're very proud to continue our support for the Marine Corps. This award is a vote of confidence in the multi-faceted logistics and management tools we offer to support the Corps' success in its vital missions worldwide."

Dr. J.P. (Jack) London, CACI Chairman, President, and CEO, said, "CACI's sustained partnership with our customers in the Marine Corps demonstrates how we have continually evolved our solutions in support of changing requirements.
