- ATK and U.S. Navy Complete Successful Critical Design Review of the Advanced Anti-Radiation Guided Missile ATK 05 Apr 2006 -- The AARGM international government – industry team (Alliant Techsystems (NYSE: ATK), US Navy & Marine Corps (USMC) and Italian Air Force) has successfully completed the Critical Design Review (CDR) of the AGM-88E Advanced Anti-Radiation Guided Missile (AARGM). During the CDR, all elements of the AARGM system were thoroughly reviewed to ensure that the weapon system’s predicted performance will meet warfighting requirements and that the program remains on schedule and on cost.

The base year on the sustainment contract will run through April 2007 and will be followed by nine one-year options that could bring the potential value of the contract to $750 million.
