AIR FORCE

            Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control, Orlando, Fla., is being awarded a $79,950,626 firm fixed price contract modification.  This action provides for Joint Air-to-Surface Standoff Missile (JASSM) (AGM-158) Production Lot 5 for 70 production units, Lot 5 contractor engineering support and JASSM reliability enhancement efforts (includes 5 dedicated JASSM reliability test vehicles).  At this time, total funds have been obligated.  This work will be complete February 2008.  The Headquarters Air Armament Center Center, Eglin Air Force Base, Fla., is the contracting activity (FA8682-04-C-0060/P00012).

            General Atomics-Aeronautical Systems Inc., San Diego, Calif., is being awarded a $30,136,635 cost plus fixed fee contract modification.  This action will provide services necessary to perform Predator organizational maintenance of aircraft, Ground Control Stations, and Predator Primary Satellite Links.  The mission of the Predator is to be a multi-role Unmanned Aerial Vehicle capable of reconnaissance, surveillance, target acquisition, killer scout, forward air controller, and combat search, and rescue support missions.  At this time, total funds have been obligated.  This work will be complete March 2007.  The Air Combat Command Contracting Squadron, Langley Air Force Base, Va., is the contracting activity (FA4890-05-C-0001/P00016).

            Doss Aviation Inc., Colorado Springs, Colo., is being awarded a $5,300,000 firm fixed price contract modification.  The contract will provide for full Contractor Logistics Support for the United States Air Force Academy Aircraft, twelve-month bridge contract (1 April 2006 through 31 March 2007).  At this time, no funds have been obligated.  This work will be complete March 2007.  The Headquarters Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center, Tinker Air Force Base, Okla., is the contracting activity (F05611-00-D-M003/P00049).

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

            Sun Western Flyers Inc., dba Sun Care Air Ambulance*, Yuma, Ariz., is being awarded a maximum $5,301,069 fixed price with economic price adjustment for jet fuel.  Using services are Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, federal civilian agencies, and local and state government.  Other location of performance is Imperial, Calif.  There were two proposals solicited and two responded.  Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  Date of performance completion is March 31, 2010.  The contracting activity is the Defense Energy Support Center, Fort Belvoir, Va. (SP0600-06-D-0065).
