- Boeing Teams with LOUD Engineering to Supply Parts and Services for International Chinook Customers Boeing 24 Feb 2006 -- Boeing [NYSE: BA] has announced a five-year licensing agreement between its Intellectual Property Business (IPB) and LOUD Engineering & Manufacturing, Ontario, Calif. The agreement provides LOUD with a non-exclusive license and proprietary data for use in the supply of spare parts, landing gear maintenance, repair and overhaul services to international CH-47 Chinook helicopter operators.
- Airbus begins UK production of its first A400M wing component EADS 24 Feb 2006 -- The A400M military airlifter has taken another leap forward as wing manufacturing has begun at Airbus' Filton, Bristol site with machining of the first wing rib for the first production aircraft.
