CACI Awarded $25 Million Subcontract to Support U.S. Army Distributed Learning Program

Selection as Strategic Partner Gives CACI Key Role on Contract

Arlington, VA, December 21, 2005 — CACI International Inc (NYSE:CAI) announced today that it has been awarded a subcontract by Karta Technologies, Inc., headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, to support the U.S. Army's Distributed Learning Education and Training Products (DLETP) program. The program is administered by the Army's Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC). CACI's award, for one base year and four option years, is estimated to be worth $25 million over the life of the five-year DLETP indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract.
