Task Force Liberty captures attacker after IED blast

TIKRIT, Iraq – Task Force Liberty Soldiers captured a man responsible for an improvised explosive attack in Ad Duluiyah around 11:30 a.m. Oct. 1.

Soldiers responded immediately after the attack on their vehicle patrol, wounding the attacker.

Three wounded Task Force Liberty Soldiers were transported to a Coalition Forces medical facility for treatment and later returned to duty.
