| October 4, 2005 Release Number: 05-10-06C FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE II MEF SOLDIER DIES FROM IED CAMP FALLUJAH, Iraq –A Soldier assigned to 2nd Regimental Combat Team, 2nd Marine Division, II Marine Expeditionary Force (Forward), died of wounds sustained from an improvised explosive device while conducting combat operations in Haqlaniyah, Iraq Oct. 3. The name of the deceased is being withheld pending notification of next of kin.
