CACI Awarded $25 Million Contract to Support U.S. Army Armor Center at Fort Knox

Work Will Focus on Development of Combat Training Manuals and Support Products

Arlington, VA, September 27, 2005 — CACI International Inc (NYSE:CAI) announced today that it has been awarded a $25 million indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract for training, doctrine and combat development for the U.S. Army Armor Center (USAARMC) at Fort Knox, Kentucky. The contract, one of five awarded for this $97 million effort, has a one-year base with four option years. With this award, the company brings its advanced mission support capabilities to this project and offers its extensive engineering and logistics solutions to the Army. Work is slated to begin in September.

USAARMC is dedicated to developing and producing mounted force training strategies, doctrine, concepts, instructions and products for current and future force needs. USAARMC provides virtual, constructive, and live training and uses a number of technologies including battlefield multimedia simulation to seek solutions to complex field problems.

CACI specialists will provide entry level and advanced officer training to soldiers on armor and maintenance tasks. CACI will also provide doctrine and combat development for the Army's Future Combat Systems. Experts will lead training programs for noncommissioned armor officers in both the classroom and on the shooting range. The company has worked with the Army for many years and understands its training requirements. CACI will help troops use current equipment and train on new technologies so they are better prepared to fight the global war on terrorism.
