| September 20, 2005 Release Number: 05-09-15C FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE FOUR II MEF SOLDIERS KILLED BY IED CAMP FALLUJAH, Iraq – Four Soldiers assigned to the 2nd Marine Division, II Marine Expeditionary Force (Forward), were killed in action by improvised explosive devices during two separate incidents while conducting combat operations Sept. 19 in Ar Ramadi, Iraq. Several U.S. Army units are attached to II MEF (Fwd) during Operation Iraqi Freedom.
